An Elegant Wedding at The Tampa Club

Located in the heart of downtown and at the city’s highest accessible point, the Tampa Club offers sweeping panoramic views of downtown Tampa and Tampa Bay. The private event spaces at The Tampa Club provide an elegant venue for hosting all of your wedding and wedding-related events at new heights.
We wanted to make everything look clean and fresh so we had the florist incorporate lots of cascading greeneries against white with pops of gold.
White, sage green, and gold. We also added a touch of greenery which helped bring out the whimsical and romantic side, while all the beautiful white and gold accents gave it such a timeless look.
Whimsical and romantic, but also elegant and timeless. Arionna and Jon’s relationship is all four of those things: light and fun, but also caring and beautiful.
Vendor management was a huge part of this planning process. We helped this couple find all their vendors, from ceremony and reception venue location, to florist and photographer. We shared our vendor recommendations and reviewed vendor contracts. We confirmed all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding.
The linens came from Over the Top Linens. The tableware, chiavari chairs, ceremony arch and lanterns were provided by Outside the Box Event Rentals.
The floral centerpieces and gold stands were provided by the florist, Lemon Drops Florida
We had to send our vision to each vendor and select the linens, and rentals to ensure a cohesive design.
