The Don CeSar
St. Petersburg Beach, Florida
Having a ceremony on the steps of the courtyard allows your guests to not only get a wonderful view of the historic hotel, but just behind them is the magnificent St. Petersburg Beach. These views mesh well with a neutral color palette to enhance the beauty of the surroundings.
The couple went with our Exclusive Collection- our Partial Planning Package. This package is perfect for a bride that wants to be involved in the planning of their wedding, but is also looking for guidance throughout the process. The couple decided on this package because this was a destination wedding for them. This package is a collaboration between the couple and the planner. It includes three in depth meetings with the couple to go over many logistics. The first meeting is going over the budget, vendor recommendations, and we dive deep into a planning checklist. The second meeting is coming up with a color scheme and how this relates to the overall floral design and aesthetic. At this point, we are also checking in with our couple and how they are doing with the checklist. The third meeting is finalizing all of the small details- timeline, signage, decor, etc. This meeting is when we go through everything carefully and methodically to make sure all is set for their wedding day.
Because the βPink Palaceβ truly has its own color scheme, our couple went with neutrals for their color palette: taupe, blush, greenery, ivory, and gold. They did not want anything that would deter guests from seeing the beauty of the hotel. This color palette carried over into their reception space in the King Charles Ballroom where they had greenery hanging from the chandeliers to add a touch of warmth and romance. The coupleβs main theme was to keep it classic and neutral- truly making it a memorable day on St. Petersburg Beach.
βRiley and her team at EABD made our day seamless and dreamy! My husband and I were planning a destination wedding, and hiring Riley was one of the first things we did. We decided on the exclusive package, which was absolutely perfect for our destination wedding. Riley helped organize our phenomenal team of vendors, and was honest and professional when helping us make decisions. Our vision was timeless and classic. From the smallest of details, to who we chose for our vendor teams, she guided us accordingly. Walking into our venue for our ceremony and reception, we experienced the magic you would hope to experience on your day. Riley and her team made our vision come to life while we were enjoying our day leading up to the wedding. In addition to that, Riley and her team were accessible all day to assist with anything that popped up unexpectedly, all while handling it in a calm demeanor. We cannot thank Riley and the EABD girls enough for their heartfelt work!β
