AWARD WINNING WEDDING PLANNING
FOR THE DISCERNED COUPLE
LOOKING FOR STYLE AND SOPHISTICATION IN EVERY DETAIL
A look inside the signature client experience
and wedding planning timeline
STEP TWO
CLIENT CONSULTATION
Prior to booking, you will have the option to meet in person over a cup of coffee, or via video call.
During this initial consultation, we go over every detail of their wedding, including discussing if you have finalized a venue or date. If you have started any of the planning process; your overall vision as well as your budget.
Once there is a better understanding of your needs, I will help you select a planning package that is the best fit for your special day.
STEP THREE
PROPOSAL
Once we have discussed exactly what you looking for, and you would like to move forward with our services, you will receive a custom proposal which outlines everything within your package selection, your contract and invoice.
STEP FOUR
FIRST MEETING
Once your contract has been signed, and deposit paid, you are officially a member of the EABD family, and will move forward by scheduling our initial wedding planning kick off meeting.
PHASE ONE
BUDGET
The first phase of planning is establishing a clear and concise budget.
Once an overall budget has been settled, you will be provided with a budget breakdown, which you can access through our online planning portal, outlining each of your vendor payments.
PHASE TWO
DESIGN
It’s time for creativity and everything pretty – We will dig deep and collaborate on your overall aesthetic, look and feel.
I will then curate your online style guide, unique color palette and favorite images for inspiration.
This phase also includes sourcing a florist, event rentals, wedding dress, hair and makeup team, stationary and wedding cake.
PHASE THREE
COORDINATION & EXECUTION
The week or two leading up to the wedding, I’m sending out final timelines, handling emails and logistics. We coordinate the rehearsal the night before their wedding, and we provide up to 12 hours of service on the day-of. We are typically one of the first vendors to arrive, and usually one of the last to depart after striking down and packing up all the decor at the end of the evening.
