This couple wanted the experience of planning parts of their wedding, but they chose to delegate key elements of the planning process to a professional. Upon booking, they received access to our preferred vendor list, and monthly timeline checklist. We were there every step of the way to assist and advise in the time leading up to the wedding day. We coordinated the wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, where we made sure all of the bride and groom’s hard work and preparations were flawlessly executed.
This particular wedding was held at the end of September, when the leaves just begin to change colors. The bride wanted to incorporate fall colors, and ultimately selected a rust, apricot tone for her bridesmaids. The groom and groomsmen opted for a navy suit paired with a rust, apricot tie to compliment the ladies.
One of the biggest ways we served this bride and groom was by creating a cohesive timeline for the day of. We coordinated with their venue, rental companies, hair and makeup teams, photographer, DJ, bakery, to create a timeline that was realistic and attainable. We created a timeline for their vendor team, keeping in mind travel schedules, set up, sunset times, tear down, etc. so that they, too, know what’s going on. Your wedding day is a team effort, all of us working together to ensure your day is the best ever.
Decor not includes with the venue wereCocktail tables, Banquet tables, Kaila and Jared’s sweetheart table, cross back chairs, and linens were all rented from the U.S. Tent Rentals.
We worked with Kaila and Jared to create a reception floor layout where we ultimately had to determine how many tables and chairs they would need to ensure their guests were comfortably seated. We also made sure they had a guestbook and/or escort card table, a table for gifts, a table for their DJ, bar and buffet stations, and a table for a cake or dessert display.
Kate Ryan Event Rentals created an idyllic tablescape that incorporated Camillar Gold Rim China and Capri Brushed Gold flatware. The romantic setting was enhanced with blush pink lamour napkins and taper candle light provided by Save the Date Florida.
