Stepahnie and Joshua had the basics of wedding planning and vendor booking under control, but were looking for professional assistance toward the end of the planning tying together the remaining details. We assisted with creating well-constructed time lines, reception layout diagrams, vendor communication and seamless rehearsal, ceremony and reception execution.

A traditional wedding ceremony at Holy Ascension Greek Orthodox Church in Clearwater, FL

Wedding theme of dusty blue and blush pink was suggested by bridesmaid Stephanie Fitzgerald. Bride tribe went to Orlando, FL on November 25th in search of the bridal attire and ultimately selected a wisteria color. Stephanie’s dress was found at Calvet Couture. Josh and Stephanie went to Men’s Warehouse on December 21st for the groom and groomsmen attire.

This particular wedding involved heavier vendor coordination considering the ceremony location was separate from the reception location. Josh, Stephanie, and the wedding party got ready at the Wyndham Resort in Clearwater, FL. All, except Stephanie, took the Jolley Trolley to Holy Ascension Greek Orthodox Church where the wedding ceremony took place. Stephanie traveled with her parents and grandmother to the ceremony.

Following the ceremony, Stephanie joined the gang and rode back to the Wyndham with Josh and the rest of the bridal party in the Jolley Trolley! Then we headed to the beach for sunset pictures! We coordinated with the church, jolley trolley, and reception venue to ensure pick up, delivery and drop off times all aligned with the start of their reception. We made sure there was enough time between the ceremony end time and reception start time to capture the wedding party, family and bride and groom portraits. We also ensured there would not be a huge gap of time between the end of the ceremony to start of cocktail hour at the Wyndham. We understand guests get hungry and want to get the party started!

Stephanie and Josh’s one request to have fun! Their favorite part of the wedding was the reception dancing, eating good food, spending time with guests, and drinking the night away. A true highlight were the parent dances – Josh with his mom and Stephanie with her dad.
