The Sandpearl Resort is surrounded by pristine sand beaches and the crystal blue water of Clearwater Beach. The couple was looking for the wedding of their dreams. While looking for guidance throughout the wedding planning process, the couple allowed us to be creative and collaborative with the designs. For this wedding, the couple wanted extra touches to make their wedding unforgettable. There were several moving parts to this event as there were a variety of different vendors hired to make the couple’s day extraordinary. Working with a number of vendors requires organization and open communication. Providing detailed timelines and floor layouts, leave vendors feeling comfortable about setting up, again leading to a seamless day.

For the ceremony, Outside the Box provided a wooden cross arch that stood out amongst the white sandy beach. Save the Date Florida was able to provide florals that seamlessly matched the color palette. Matt Winter Band provided the musical backdrop during cocktail hour allowing guests to enjoy the music while also being able to chat with friends and family. The couple rented a champagne wall from Gabro Event Services to provide champagne to all guests as well as champagne glass escort cards, so guests could easily find their seats. The couple even got to include their sweet pup, Lucy, thanks to Fairy Tail Pet Care.

Wanting to evoke a classic and elegant feel for the reception, the drapery of the ceiling and walls provided by Gabro Event Services in the reception provided warmth and a feeling of romance. The addition of chiavari chairs from Chiavari Chic elevated the reception space. This aesthetic carried over into the florals as the couple wanted a combination of high and low centerpieces at the reception. Save the Date Florida was able to provide ceremony and reception florals that evoked romance throughout the event. Posy Exchange added a little whimsy to the reception room with a floral wall that was the backdrop to the wedding cake provided by Tampa Bay Cake Company. A great time was had by all as Grant Hemond provided the reception music and guests were able to interact during their time with The Gala Photo Booth.
