An Elegant Wedding at The Don Cesar
St. Petersburg Beach, Florida
With a courtyard ceremony on the steps of the historic wedding venue, followed by a light and airy ballroom reception, selecting the color palette for this particular wedding was easy. Light tones of pinks, off white, and gold accents give this wedding and elevated sophistication. Weddings dressed up in blush and gold take that romance up a notch to sweet, femine style.
For this particular wedding, we worked with a number of different vendors, organizing delivery times and set up. This is where communication with vendors and the venue is key! After we secured all vendors, we followed up with each via email so we had a written record of what the bride and groom requested, and what information the vendors provided. About a week before their wedding, we contacted each vendor again to make sure everything was on track. We also sent each vendor a finalized timeline, or schedule of events for their wedding day. This is absolutely essential to keep things organized (and keep you sane). An organized, detailed timeline will keep you from frantically searching through your emails on your wedding day, trying to figure out when vendors will arrive.
Kate Ryan Event Rentals created an idyllic tablescape that incorporated Camillar Gold Rim China and Capri Brushed Gold flatware. The romantic setting was enhanced with blush pink lamour napkins and taper candle light provided by Save the Date Florida.
The bride and groom also opted for a beautiful vintage furniture collection from Southern Chairs which paired nicely on the North Terrace of the Don CeSar. The blush chair was personally our favorite accent piece.
